  • How much and how often should I take Elderberry Syrup?
    1-2 Years: 1 teaspoon/day 3-12 Years: 1 tablespoon/day Adults: 2-3 tablespoons/day Our syrup contains honey and therefore should not be given to infants under age one.
  • Do I have to take elderberry syrup with food?
    Elderberry syrup can be taken with or without food.
  • What is the consistency of elderberry syrup compared to other syryps?
    Elderberry syrup has a juice-like consistency that many of our customers enjoy. Our syrup is made with all natural ingredients and do not contain articificial thickners or preservatives, outside of the natural preservative of honey.
  • Should I shake the syrup before taking?
    Yes! Our syrup is loaded with herbs and other ingredients that may settle at the bottom of the jar. Shake the jar well to make sure you're getting the most of each sip.
  • How long does this elderberry syrup last? How should it be stored?
    For best quality and taste our elderberry syrup should be consumed within 90 days after opening. The jar should be refrigerated upon receipt and remained stored in the refrigerator.
  • When will I receive my order?
